Zion 100 proved to be a challenge, but a wonderful experience overall. Matt Gunn R.D. did a great job with marking the course and providing great aid. I DNF'd at mile 81, mostly due to knee pain. Looking back, I shouldn't have run on the slickrock early in the race. Lesson learned. The weather was cool to cold at night. The weather changed in a heartbeat out there and the wind was piercing. I would recommend this race for those looking for a challenge.
