My first official "race" on September 13, 2008. I stopped smoking on July 28, 2008 and started running. Since that race, I have run several 10K's, one 15K, 2 Half Marathons, one Los Angeles Ragnar Relay, Surf City Marathon, Los Angeles Marathon, and Honolulu Marathon. Never would have imagined this. I am so happy and grateful to have found running.
